it's never too late to say you're sorry,
to ask for forgiveness,
to do better
it's never too late
to stop (insert addiction here)
it's never too late to learn
how to love yourself,
to forgive yourself
it's never too late to stop
lying, to yourself and
those you love
it's never too late
to open your mind
and your heart
it's never too late
to stop judging
it's never too late
to make amends
to build bridges,
instead of blowing them up
it's never too late
to be honest
it's never too late to choose
love
It's never too late, but there is always water under those bridges which create waves and can batter our small boats. I guess we have to keep paddling forward!
ReplyDeleteYes, exactly.
ReplyDeleteI think this is a splendid piece of writing. I also agree with Margaret.
ReplyDeleteProfound and profoundly true.
ReplyDeleteBut sometimes we think it is too late and we fail to act, fail to appreciate that it is indeed never too late.
ReplyDelete37paddington—in my husband’s family it got to be too late. Sad when that happens.
