I can't even today.  Work was awful this week, short staffed, coworker's father died, sick patients, a despicable medical director who torments and bullies staff.  And now, another innocent black person killed at the hands of the police while the leader of the US rants raves about his freedom to spew hatred and incite violence while people die.  It's too much.  The world is too much today.
